This Sunday to Sunday rental is located in the heart of Ocean City. Just a short walk from the boardwalk, this historic home was COMPLETELY remodeled and modernized for 2020, with all new air conditioning, cable TV, hardwood floors, modern kitchen and tiled baths. All wiring and plumbing has been replaced and upgraded to code. The home is perfect for extended families or multiple families who would like to vacation together. The rooms are very large and comfortable; there are five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. A patio and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold running water to rinse off the salt and sand when you return from your trips to the beach are for the exclusive use of this 2nd floor unit. High speed wireless internet and 3 wireless flat screen TV's are included. TVs have Hulu Premium with all local and cable channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime. We also provide at least 4 beach tags for use during your stay. Park your car and save your gas for the ride home! . Three parking passes are included.for your convenience.
Within a short walk is a great pizza shop, ice cream shops, a deli, good restaurants and shopping.
Enjoy the evening breezes on our front porch, or relax in the privacy of our back patio, complete with gas grill. On the boardwalk at the end of Plymouth Place (between 7th and 8th) is the water park and a convenient café if you prefer to take some time off from cooking. A short walk down the Boardwalk brings you to other amusements, shopping, and a multitude of other eateries. The Ocean City Tabernacle is just 2 blocks away, and other churches are also within walking distance. Within 6-8 blocks is the bay with fishing charters, boat and jet ski rentals, and crabbing.
We prefer family groups. Absolutely no senior week or after-prom groups please.

Judy and Tim, the owners, both grew up in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Tim frequently came to Ocean City as a kid, and always enjoyed time here with family and friends. We have carried on the tradition of spending time here with family and friends, and we continue to look forward to spending time here with our grown children, their spouses and our grandchildren.
Why they chose this property
We like our location because the beach and boardwalk are a short block and half walk away. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, yet the many boardwalk activities are a short walk away. There are restaurants, delicatessens, pizza and ice cream shops and variety stores within a three block walk of our home. Our convenient Sunday to Sunday rental allows you to check in and out without fighting the frustrations of traffic on busy Saturdays.
What makes this property unique
This home is very spacious, providing very comfortable rooms with plenty of baths, all amenities like flat screen TV's and wireless internet, in a quiet setting that is close to the action of the main part of the boardwalk. Plenty of room for the entire extended family.
