We booked Coconut Grove last minute due to being diverted from the gulf coast! We could not have asked for anything more. 17 of us, ranging from 2 to 67. We weren’t sure about having separate quarters for each family, but it worked out beautifully. The rooms are set up perfectly and the outdoor space is amazing with only a short walk to the beach. Evan is the best host and so accommodating. The beach wagon had a bad tire-he changed it out very quickly for us. If we travel this far south again for our family trip, Coconut Grove will be our first choice. Thanks for the great memories CWB!

This was an excellent compound for a huge group of people to rent, with huge common areas! There are separate villas for everyone to have their privacy, as needed. The owner was extremely accommodating to any of our needs and instantly helped with anything we asked of him! Our group really enjoyed the area!

For a large group I cannot recommend this property enough! I was visiting Clearwater with 20 people and everyone loved Coconut Grove. The pool was warm and amazing, the outdoor bar and grill were perfect, and the individual rooms let everyone have privacy. The property is a short walk to several restaurants and bars, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The communication with the property manager was great from booking to check out and everything we could've needed was provided. Highly recommend!

Amazing property!! We had 16 people stay on property for 3 nights and hosted a wedding for 40. Everybody raved about the property!! Beautiful set-up!! Photos did not lie!! Would highly reccomend for any event or family trip!! Will be back!!

Excellent place to stay for a large group. Ideal for bachelor / bachelorette parties or multiple families. It’s like having your own resort. The bar is awesome, pool is great, and the rooms are all very clean and nice. Communication with the host was prompt. Highly recommend.

If I could, I would give this a 10 star review. There were 25 family members taying here as we prepared for our daughter's wedding aboard the Starship. We had the most amazing stay. Monika was very attentive to our needs before, during, and after our stay. Things we loved: the pool, the variety of outdoor options, the bar, outside cooking, individual units for families - just to name a few. There was nothing that we would change.

So many great features of this stay to make it a 5-star review. First, the communication from Monika and Evan are outstanding. They were very quick to respond to our many questions before the stay. During our stay Monika was quick to reply on a couple of occasions when we had questions with the facilitiesSecond, the resort itself was a perfect place to have multi-gen family stay for our son’s wedding. The resort consists of mini-apartments with a common area of the large pool, two outdoor grills, a generous bar area with multiple tvs, and a huge sandpit that our grandchildren loved! The fire pit area made a great gathering place for late night chats and hang out time. The location on Clearwater Beach was perfect. It’s on a quiet part of the island; yet the beach and downtown area are just a couple blocks away so they are easily accessible by walking. There is also plenty of parking at the resort. We highly recommend The Coconut Grove in Clearwater Beach for its many outstanding features, including the incredible host, Monika!

The absolute BEST! I cannot get over how perfect this resort was for us and our wedding guests. Although the resort offers events, we utilized it for our stay and not our event. Monika was fantastic to work with. Our rooms had more than we could ever ask for. An over abundance of supplies provided. 2 sets of washers and dryers with laundry soap! There were clothes steamers and hair dryers in each room. If the rooms didn’t have a cook top, they had microwaves. Plenty of plates, cups, silverware, air fryers, and toasters. The bar has a large ice maker and a blender which was fun to use for drinks. Monika provided our guests with a bucket of drinks and fresh lemon water upon arrival. She gave a tour of the entire resort on arrival as well which was so nice to see the full layout. Our guests had great things to say about the sleeping arrangements and beds were comfortable. We had 28 people total with a mix of kids and adults. We also had additional friends and family come by during the day. There is an extra bathroom outside to utilize instead of having to go back to your room. We used the grills to make meals for everyone and had plenty of seating and shaded areas. Toys for the kids to use in the sandy area. A gated area around the entertaining area to keep the kids from wandering too far and the entire property had a locked gate around it for privacy and security. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and the beach. No need for a car! We will absolutely be back!

Unbelievable Experience

We were looking for a large home(s) to accommodate up to 30 people for a last minute reunion. I saw this listing and was skeptical. Really, a resort for 30 people, all to our selves with parking on Clearwater Beach during Spring Break.Well, the whole group was not impressed, they were overwhelmed!What a beautiful facility and host.All the rooms were clean to a level 10. Everything worked, AC, Stoves, Refrigerators, Showers, Washer and Dryer, everything!We spent a vast amount of our time at the outside under roof at the cabana with a working ice machine that handled all of our icy demands.The pool was heating and perfect temp. We had infants, thru 70 years old. The host answered every text within 10 minutes, and accommodated all of our requests.This is truly a one of a kind and a joy to stay at.Thank you for sharing you Resort!
