This property is amazing. My wife and I had family from out of state stay with us for our wedding weekend and we couldn't have been happier. Perfect location directly on the beach, two grills for family cookouts, the pool was great for the kids, seating to accommodate any family reunion with plenty of sun coverage between the awnings. We couldn't say anything negative about this place!!

This was an amazing place for our family! We had 22 people and plenty of space. It was nice to have everything we could need for the beach right there. The pool (and whole outside area) was amazing.

We had such a wonderful time at The Arbors! It was the perfect place for our family get together. Each family had their own space, but there were plenty of big places for us to all hang out together as well. We will be back for sure!

Perfect large group getaway!

We stay here with a group of 20 people. The rooms were nicely set up. We loved how they had towels and little snacks provided when we arrive. The staff that stop by to empty outdoor trash and spray down the patio were extremely kind and helpful. The little cabana facing the ocean was nice! We took advantage of the pool and the lounge chairs at the ocean. Great stay!!

Friend’s Getaway - Perfect Location!

Wow! The location of The Arbors Seaside Cottages were outstanding! Being directly on the beach was the perfect way to start and end the day! Once we got settled in, we never had to drive anywhere! It was so convenient to have shops and restaurants across the street! The pool and the pavilion were among our favorite things on the property!

Great location... bare minimum amenities...

Really the absolute bare minimum of amenities when it came to plates, utensils, cups and glasses, garbage liners, dish towels, even dish washing soap, considering there no automatic dishwasher in 3 of the 4 houses... have to really like hand washing dishes!The outdoor amenities are very nice with pool, plenty of seating and beach loungers. Just need to stock up the inside amenities!Only other complaint is the cleaners and grounds guy starting coming at 9am on check out day... when check out is 10am! It's already a rush to get out by 10am. Don't need the cleaners hovering around at 9.All in all, we rented all 4 houses and worked out well for my big family, aside from items mentioned here.

GREAT TIME

It was incredible. We especially loved the pool being kept so warm.... our kids lived in it from morning to night. Since we were there in December the ocean was understandably cooler so the pool made all the difference. We were there with 12 children ranging from 2 years to 16. and 12 adults. We had a great time.

Family vacation

What and excellent place to have a family vacation! We loved to having the different houses for each family. We loved the heated pool since it was a bit chilly while we were there. This was the first time my whole family was able to go on vacation and it was a really special week for all of us!

Perfect family vacation spot!

The beach was amazing, proximity to restaurants and shops was perfect. The pool was just the right size for our grandchildren and they absolutely loved it! Having separate spaces for each family was a definite plus, and being able to cook and congregate together made for a perfect family vacation. We loved it!
