The condo & host are excellent with a convenient location between the Top Sail Preserve State Park & the public beach access. The condo has not only the normal basics but is stocked with lots of nice extra touches. The host is responsive & easy to deal with in a timely fashion. We’ve stayed here for a week 2 summers straight & plan for a 3rd.

Fabulous & well-stocked 3 bedroom condo

We traveled as a family of 4 and the 3 bedroom condo was in excellent condition with lots of extras & well-stocked. The host (Cindy) is very responsive & adds lots of little things which really help the vacation experience including a nice gift card for a local restaurant & a Christmas ornament. We love the 30-A beaches & expect to rent this condo again. It is very convenient to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park if you also have RV or tent campers.
