Basically a two - 2 bedroom/ 1 bath units. One 2/2 on each floor. Hard to find it because entrance is in the back. Also A/C is locked at 72/73 and it wasn’t cool enough. Overall solid place.
It is a lovely, cozy, graceful cottage in the heart of Boca Grande (I can tell owners are books and art lovers). We greatly appreciated the provided toiletries and utilities products, since the market hours are very limited for what we generally expect. You can walk everywhere! We loved it!The only thing I (personally) missed was an espresso machine( an early bird like myself had to wait until 7:30 Am to "open" the cafe) but the time went fast exploring the town.I will gladly come back again...with a packed espresso maker.Thank you!
I wanted to reach out regarding my stay. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that really affected the experience. There was no hot water available for an entire night and the following day, which made it difficult to shower or comfortably use the space. Additionally, only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for the stay, which was not sufficient for the booking.Given these inconveniences, I believe a partial refund would be fair. Please let me know what you’re able to offer—I’d prefer to resolve this directly
