We had a wonderful stay. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Our family of 10 had plenty of room to stretch and relax. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to make a few meals and not have to venture out. The home is in a great location- just a few short steps to the beach. Once we parked our cars we literally walked everywhere we needed to go. We look forward to staying again in the future.

What a fantastic property! Do not hesitate if you are looking for a great rental in Cape May. The location is perfect. 1/2 block to the beach. Near restaurants and shopping. And free parking for 3 vehicles. The home has plenty of bedrooms for the whole family. Each of the bedrooms and bathrooms are all very nice and well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make food for the whole crowd even including beautiful platters for serving. The wine bar and coffee station were very convenient. The living room and kitchen area offers lots of room for everyone to gather if the weather keeps you in. All in all I could not recommend this property more highly—and I ran a successful B&B for over 20 years. I travel often and I have pretty high standards.

Cape May is a very special place for our family. It all started in the 1940s when my grandparents honeymooned at the Macomber Hotel. Since then, Cape May has been our family’s vacation destination for four generations. We love spending our summers here, enjoying the beach and the water, and with a triathlete in the family, it’s the perfect spot for the many triathlons along the South Jersey beaches. We’re excited to share our love for this beautiful town with you and hope you make wonderful memories here too!

Why they chose this property

Howard Steet is perfectly located for walking in town to shop eat, and rather close to the beach! The best part? Once we cross the Lobster House bridge and park, our car gets a well-deserved break—we don’t touch it again until it’s time to go! Everything else—beaches, shops, and restaurants—is just a short stroll away.

LOCATION-The proximity to the beach and the short distance to many restaurants and shopping. You forget something at the beach, no problem it's a 1/2 block away!
