A salt water swimmable inlet is a five minute walk and two public beaches are a bike or 15 walk away. Easily accessible is downtown Falmouth and ferries to the islands. Lots to enjoy!

Very clean house and gorgeous garden, hosts were kind and communicative. Perfect location for our needs, this neighborhood is beautiful. Highly recommend for travel to Teaticket Ma. on Cape Cod. Entre trip and stay went smoothly and we are very grateful for the opportunity.

Lots to do within minutes drive. Great restaurants and stores with free parking available. Public beach about 2 miles/8 minutes away is clean and not crowded with paid parking bring water shoes. Lots of sand but pebbly entry. Life guard on duty great for kids. Everything I needed was provided.

Check in directions were easy to follow. It was nice to have an extra key too. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The whole house was neat and clean and updated/redone well. Yard has interesting collection of gardens giving lots of privacy with a nice deck and patio. Outdoor shower was a plus. Just short drive to beautiful public beach. We loved it. Hope to come again.
