PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING!!!!This tiny room was a former workshop, and it comes with a complete bathroom, an outside sitting area in the entrance sunroom with coffee service, tiny refrigerator and small microwave. and its own French door for back access to the garden and dock.
It has a day bed with pull out to accommodate 2 people in 2 twin beds. This room was created to serve the budget conscious and experienced traveller who sees the value not only in the room but the outside garden and lake access for their kayaks and boats.

We drove by the property, it was in a unkept neighborhood did not look safe or very clean. We chose to not stay. Went to our friends house. I understand I will not get a refund. I hope the money this VRBO owner earns on this booking, he can better the property.

This property is my winter weekend retreat. I love the lake and all the things I can do in it such as swimming, kayaking, boating or just sit on the boat deck and enjoy the gorgeous view of a place that seems to go back in Florida time.

This is a take back in time area of Florida during the 1940s. What some people see as unkept oak trees full of moss, I see it as what makes this place so special. Most artists are looking for places such as this one for inspiration.
