My second booking with Shauna, and I can not say enough about how immaculate the apartment is. The atmosphere is relaxing, beautiful and exceptionally clean. Located literally 5 minutes from constant spring road and halfway tree, near everything you need. Shawna was diligent with communication, she even brought me something after work so that I didn't have to go out into traffic. She cares about her clients and her property. I definitely recommend this booking as one of the better stays in Kingston that I've ever had.

My New Favorite Place to Stay in Kingston!I had an exceptional stay at this property! The studio was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location near Half-Way Tree is fantastic, with everything conveniently close by. Gated complex, with assigned Parking is available, and check-in was super easy and hassle-free.Shawna was an outstanding host! Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond by checking in on me daily to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The thoughtful touch of leaving tea and snacks was also much appreciated!You can tell that Shawna genuinely cares about her guests and their experience. I couldn't have asked for a better stay, and I've found my new favorite place to stay whenever I visit Kingston. I would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, conveniently located place with a wonderful host. I look forward to staying here again!
