Our family definitely Loved the place and enjoyed our stay. We are local (from Oklahoma). Being local can red-flag your credit card, so just be aware of that. We have a large family and wanted to get away for a couple of days with a private pool. The kids never wanted to leave the pool. They absolutely Loved the diving board and the basketball goal set-up! The grill was electric and super tiny, but cute. We tried to get it to work, but it wouldn't turn on. We watched YouTube videos and couldn't figure it out. Due to it being a holiday weekend, we couldn't get ahold of our host for several hours so we contacted Vrbo. Vrbo got ahold of her immediately about our grill and the host had a charcoal grill, lighter fluid, and charcoal sent to our door within an hour. We bought a screwdriver and my son-n-law put it together. If you go on a Thursday the lawnmowing team comes. Just beware if you have kids or pets because they come through the side gate without warning and mow and weed eat right around you while you are in the pool. They were super quick and in and out. Very polite as well. All-in-all we Loved the place and enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next year!!! Thank you and God bless!

This property is in a prime location for spending time in South Tulsa. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. This house has the potential to be a great vacation property. There is plenty of space for a moderate size family. The highlights are the pool and the master bedroom and bathroom. The pool was super clean and in great shape, besides the wobbly diving board. Unfortunately, the area around the pool was very unkept with leaves and other debris including trash in multiple areas. Most of the lighting was broken and didn’t work properly. There was a dining table, but no other comfortable seating. The backyard was mowed, but overgrown with volunteer trees. The entire property was actually overgrown, as you can clearly see in the owner pics of the front of the property. Within the house, the furnishings are very cheap and uncomfortable, including the couch and bed. The refrigerator made an awful sound when running, especially when the ice maker tired to make ice, which it never did. As seen in the pictures I attached, several maintenance projects have been left undone. The kitchen was minimally stocked, when it came to trying to cook a basic meal. We did however enjoy the size of the master suite, especially the bathroom. For the price, a little attention to detail would go a long way to making this an property excellent.

Sweet house!

Our family stayed here while in town for a cattle show. We honestly could not have had a better experience. The house is very nice and clean and the pool was a big draw for our kids. Great neighborhood that was close to the expo center where the show was held, fireworks at the park, and close enough to walk to shopping and food. Can not recommend this place enough, hopefully we’ll be able to stay here on our future trips to Tulsa!

This home is in a great location and is very comfortable. My family enjoyed our stay. I did have some complaints - we had to fix the chain in the toilet tank 20 times, no skillet so scrambled eggs in a pot, the master shower constantly dripped, and the welcome book at the house says NO GUESTS. I understand no events, but I texted the owner to ask if I could have my siblings over for dinner and was basically told no. Honestly, if I had known I couldn’t have guests I would have stayed some place else. Assuming they fix the problems and you don’t plan to have guests it is a great rental.

This beautiful, clean home was perfect for our family! It was so close to the gathering place, the discovery lab, shopping, cafes, bars, and restaurants. We were also able to make dinner with the equipment in their full kitchen. The pool was such a fun bonus! Our kids loved it. The jacuzzi tub was also a huge hit with our toddlers. I can't say enough good things.
