Hidden behind 12-foot privacy fencing and remote-operated gates, the property feels like a secluded Venice compound while keeping you moments from the beach and neighborhood life.

THE LIVING SPACES

The lower level is designed for relaxed living and entertaining, with an open living room, TV lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the outdoor dining deck.

The primary suite features a California king four-poster bed and a spa-inspired bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub. The second private bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the home’s second full bathroom includes a steam shower.

A separate upstairs media room also functions as a dedicated private office, reading room, writing or editing studio, creative workspace or additional lounge.

Blackout blinds, smart TVs, streaming services, generous storage and flexible living spaces make the home especially comfortable for extended stays, relocations, families, executives and remote workers.

HEATING AND COOLING

The home was designed for Venice’s mild coastal climate, with quality insulation, double-roof construction and excellent cross-ventilation. Natural ocean breezes keep the home comfortable throughout most of the year.

The house does not have central air conditioning. Portable air-conditioning units are available upon request for guests who prefer additional cooling.

Guest access

Guests have private access to the complete 2-bedroom, 2-full-bathroom residence, including the living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, dedicated media/office room, wraparound decks, landscaped outdoor areas and rooftop lounge.

The property is secured behind 12-foot privacy fencing and remote-operated gates. Gated parking may be available by prior arrangement.

The owner retains one separate private storage room that is not included in the rental and remains locked throughout the stay. The owner does not occupy the property during your reservation.

Other things to note

EXTENDED STAYS

The property is offered for stays of 31 nights or longer and is especially well suited for relocations, executive stays, remote work, families and guests seeking a private furnished home near the beach.

PARKING

Gated parking may be available by prior arrangement. Please confirm your parking needs before booking.

HEATING AND COOLING

The home does not have central air conditioning. It was designed around Venice’s coastal climate, natural ocean breezes and cross-ventilation. Portable air-conditioning units are available upon request.

PRODUCTIONS AND FILMING

Filming, professional photography, production activity or use of the property as a production office is not included in the residential rental and requires the owner’s prior written approval.

Approved productions require a separate Production and Event Rental Agreement, production insurance naming the owner as additionally insured and payment of the applicable location fee.

Production fees are $200 per hour or $2,000 for a 12-hour production day, including load-in and load-out.

PARTIES AND EVENTS

Parties, large gatherings, loud music and activities that may disturb the neighbors are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized party or event will result in a $3,000 fee, plus additional cleaning, damages and related expenses.
