Why they chose this property
This neighborhood has a vibrant feel to it. It’s nearby my favorite park in the city and I wanted a home close to downtown as I grew up with a strong appreciation for the urban life.
What makes this property unique
I love that my home has the perfect blend of historical charm with modern touches. It has an original wrap around porch and beautiful high vaulted ceilings. The updates we made to modernize our home includes updating the light fixtures and applying modern furnishings and decor. To top it all off, our home includes and additional studio unit for additional privacy and is centrally located nearby all of Houston's hottest attractions from Downtown, Med Center, Museum District, to the up and coming EADO.
