We had a wonderful 2-1/2 weeks at Franklyn Luxe. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Melbourne.

I enjoyed the month I stayed here. It is close to the beach, restaurants and shops. I was here by myself, but plenty of room for a couple or small family. It was quiet and I was able to find anything I was looking for.Rafal is also great in following up with any issues or questions. I will definitely come back!!

Dear Ralph, Robbie and I came down to Indiatlantlic for the Turtle Krawl at Nance Park. We wished to be close to the event. Your location was excellent. We actually did not expect such a nice place. Acomadations were new and beautiful. Was great we could walk to Resturants, the Beach, the Race, all within a mile. Thank you for providing a home away from home for us. Your communication was important. Is wise you manage your place personally. The.location is safe and quiet. Cheers, Robbie and Larry

Turtle Crawl 5K – I thought I knew everything about Indialantic, but this experience proved me wrong. My guests really surprised me! What a fantastic idea to bring something like this to the neighborhood and to attract such incredible people traveling across the states. It’s a wonderful way to stay active, support your health, and give back to nature. Larry & Co. were well organized, communicated excellently, and carried a super positive attitude. It was truly a pleasure to host them and to offer a piece of property without hesitation. They were definitely ten-star guests!
