Great place for 4 adults to stay. Conveniently centrally located to all amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Prior to arrival, all communications had given a specific code for entering the unit. When my husband and I arrived, this code did not work. When I finally got someone on the phone, they gave us another code, but it didn't work. Had to call again and kept them on the phone while we tried 2 more numbers and finally the 4th one worked. We ordered bikes but they didn't get delivered so we drove there and they said they would deliver 2 bikes right away. Went back to the place and a little later 2 bikes arrived: 1 adult and 1 child. Had to manage riding them back to the rental area and pick our 2 more ourselves. They were nice enough to discount the delivery charge. The unit was clean, but needs some TLC as the building is old. Location was good and we enjoyed our stay. Fripp is a lovely island but limited on the provisions.
