Lovely home with 1 acre on Huletts Landing on the North East side of Lake George 30 minutes north or The Village. The property provides plenty of room for kids to play or just have time to yourself. Full screened front porch offers seating and dining area. Relaxing place to end the day and talk into the evening. West facing back deck is perfect for morning coffee, evening grilling and cocktails while watching the sun set over the mountains and later on uninterrupted stargazing.

Main floor is great room/open plan with AC and Smart TV. Easy access to back deck. Kitchen is fully stocked with Dishes, Glassware, Flatware, Pots/Pans, Kitchen towels and Paper towels. Less for you to pack!

Perfect for multigeneration families, sleeps 9 with 4 bedrooms. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are upstairs - King with Twin & Queen. Each have AC units. 2nd floor also has a full bath. Main floor bedroom easily reached with private access to main floor full bath and great room. 4th bedroom is just off main floor.

Huletts Golf Course as well as the County Beach, just minutes away. Play 9 holes or swim in the famous clear water of Lake George.
90 minutes east you'll find Killington Mountain and Woodstock Vermont. Lake Placid and the Winter Olympic Park is just 2 hours north.
