Custom built house with 3 bedrooms, a den/bedroom, 3 baths, all new appliances, open concept floorplan with great room, screened in porch, deck, lakeside deck and steps into the water, fire pit area and plenty of room to roam. No neighbors in sight from most points on the property! Includes boat slip. Swim in the calm sunny bay in the morning, and later swim in the main lake watching the sunset. Expansive majestic property with multiple spots to enjoy Lake George.

Looking forward to our next stay!

Ledges is a hidden gem with something for everyone to enjoy. The docks allowed for great water access and the screened in porch was perfect for family game night or quiet reading time. The upstairs gave a place for kids to hang out with separate space from the adults. The hosts were receptive and foreshadowed some of our needs to make sure we had everything. I am glad we found the house and look forward to our next stay at The Ledges.

Lake George Summer 2023

The property/home is amazing - bigger than expected and vey well stocked. Loved the screen room - even enjoyed the crazy storm that got the whole thing wet! The road up is a bit rough, but added to the charm and feeling of being in the woods. Of course, Lake George is gorgeous. We explored from one end to the other. Glad I brought a lot of food, shopping is not nearbyfor any last minute things. Had a wonderful experience - friends visited from campsite, playing games, eating, drinking, boating and jet skis. Absolutely lovely time. Hosts very personable and easygoing. Perhaps posting garbage rules, clean-up/exit strategy wold enhance understanding, but it was not a real issue. Thank you.
