Five minute drive to the public boat launch. House is fully equipped for up to 17 guests. Bed linens and bath towels supplied. The kitchen is well outfitted. Screened porch on lakeside with roomy sitting and dining areas. Upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms with king size beds. Two other bedrooms with queen beds. Bunk room with three twins and two doubles plus a pull out couch double bed. Three full bathrooms and a half bath. Dual-zone AC. Washer/Dryer. 7 minute drive to downtown Ticonderoga for historic sites, museums, eateries golf, Fort Ticonderoga, shopping, eateries, etc. Rental boats available at local marina.

My husband moved to beautiful Lake George from New Jersey when he was 9 and I was a summer brat from Maryland. Eventually we fell in love, got married and have raised our 6 wonderful children on the shores of this gorgeous lake. The view out of our window is forever dynamic no matter what season of the year and we could not imagine living anywhere else. The Lake has a personality of its own and at times is nothing less than magical....so we decided to build a rental home so that others can enjoy the "Queen of American Lakes" as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
The beauty, quaintness, history and pace of this part of the country is why we love it here. There is so much history in Ticonderoga and our downtown is in the process of being revitalized and is flourishing. It's a wonderful place for families to unwind, rest, relax or play!
What makes this property unique
It sits right across from the iconic view of Roger's Slide on the eastern shore of northern Lake George. The home boasts 200 feet of private Lake George waterfront and sitting area with a short 5 minute walk a public beach. With room for 17 people, generations of families or family and friends can enjoy our home. Our local marina is a 5 minute drive if you wish to rent a boat. We have a top class 18 hole golf course close by, famous Fort Ticonderoga and Fort Crown Point, an original Star Trek set and tour, Lake Placid is an hour away and so much more.
