It was such a pleasure hosting you, and we would love to have you back. Whenever wine country calls again, Lifestyle Properties team will be happy to welcome you!
Beautiful house with thoughtful design and amenities. Plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 3 kids. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood near a local playground, dog park, downtown Newberg and wine country. Host was great at communicating.

Thank you, Janna, for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the home’s design, amenities, and convenient location, and that it provided plenty of space for your group. We truly appreciate your kind words about our communication and hope to welcome you back for another visit to wine country!
Fabulous place to stay. We were a party of six adults: my husband and me, and our two adult children and their spouses. Excellent layout for our family. Spotlessly clean. We lacked for nothing. Easy check-in and check-out. Helpful information provided about the house and surrounding area.
This house is absolutely gorgeous—beautifully decorated, meticulously maintained, with generous perks provided for guests of the human and canine variety. All six bedrooms were comfortable, and the main/en-suite bedroom upstairs was absolutely incredible. (Prepare to play rock-paper-scissors for who gets that bedroom!) The front porch and back yard were also terrific. If the fireplace photos are confusing, the fireplace is double-sided, so the photos seem to show the same fireplace in two rooms. There is a large open kitchen/dining space, with a smaller living room on the other side of a wall. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood, and just a short walk away there’s a park with an off-leash dog area, a disc golf course, walking trails, a skate/BMX park, and a radio-controlled car track. The downtown area is also close by if needed. The house is rented by a management company, which provides all kinds of information and offers for additional perks and services. If you’re used to a less formal VRBO experience, this can sometimes feel overwhelming. Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald House. As a group of mostly older adults, this was a perfect spot for quiet relaxation, and we would recommend it highly.

Thank you so much for this thoughtful review! We are thrilled that Emerald House was such a comfortable gathering place for your extended family. And we have to agree that the upstairs suite may be worthy of a rock-paper-scissors tournament!
We love hearing that you enjoyed the thoughtful touches for both the people and pups in your group, along with the porch, backyard, and peaceful neighborhood. Thank you as well for your feedback about our communication. We know we provide quite a bit of information and optional services leading up to a stay, and we are always looking for ways to make that experience helpful without feeling overwhelming.
It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we truly appreciate the recommendation. We would love to welcome you all back to Emerald House for another relaxing visit!
