We're a local Northwest Arkansas family who acquired four adjacent lakefront properties between 2024 and 2025. We fell in love with the serene setting and lake life! We're excited to share Water's Edge properties with others and believe time at the lake should feel easy, beautiful & memorable!
My husband, Drew, and I take pride in managing the properties ourselves. Each of our homes is thoughtfully designed and well stocked so you can focus on enjoying your stay. We chose this area for its peaceful lakefront setting and convenient access to town. You get wooded views, calm water, and stunning sunsets - while still being convenient to Fayetteville, Springdale, and other NWA areas, as well as restaurants, hiking trails and Razorback events.
