Memorial Weekend Stay
The condo was clean, a great location in relation to parking (assigned covered 2 spots), access to stairs and elevator. The owner was prompt responding to my multiple questions. I appreciated dealing directly with the property owner rather than a management company. Three bedrooms all with access to two balconies was nice. The only issue we had was the balcony furniture was piled up and the balconies were not clean and had not been cleaned in some time. We had to “unpile” the heavy furniture so we could sit on the balconies. We enjoy mornings and evenings on the balcony so the state of the balcony did take away from our trip a little. The condo itself was pristine in cleanliness. I have photos of one of the balconies if the owner needs those to send to your local management people. The balconies were spacious and the furniture was nice although they needed to be sprayed off. Everything was in working order. I would suggest having an information sheet on the fridge with info re wifi, how to unlock the hurricane proof sliding glass doors as we did struggle with those and the number for the on-site management folks that could answer questions. I highly recommend this condo for rental. I hope to rent this space again at some point in the future.
