Enjoy the professionally designed studio with a 75" HD Smart TV, private full bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette!
The space
This is an attached guest suite, with a separate entrance, a dedicated parking spot on the driveway, and ample street parking. It is studio style, with the bed and sofa in the main space, a small kitchenette with all basic eating and heating needs in a nook. The sleeping and lounging areas can both have great views of the 75" smart TV. The suite also includes a full bathroom with a bathtub.
Guest access
Guests will enter through the side gate of the main house, and will find a door attached to the house.
The backyard is strictly off-limits.
Community recreation center access cannot be granted.
