Rental for one night is generally the day before a check in or after a blocked date, but may not be available in the middle of the week. Please email or call prior to booking on line.for midweek on night rentals. There may be a 3 night minimum on holidays please inquire.

This beach apartment may be tight for 6 adults if the sofa bed is left open, but also is a great value. We do have larger two bedroom apartment for 6 or 7 adults.

Not recommended for picky, fussy, demanding guests. We welcome families with lots of kids and pets, guests who enjoy walking back and forth to beach all day, chill out on the Adirondack chairs out front, and want a fun ,easy going beach vacation at a good value.

Please do not expect a large fancy 2 bedroom condo. You get a great value, have lots of fun, clean and great remodel, and personal service from the Cottage Counselors.
