We were a brother and sister in our 50's that came for graduation. We did not shop but we were close to some good restaurants. The only minor thing that I noticed did not work right was the ice maker but that is not a problem. The house was beautiful and in a safe neighborhood. The owner was helpful and checked in on us through a message the morning after we arrived.
