Quaint Central Phoenix Duplex

Come and enjoy this cozy 2 bedroom space that lies right in the heart of Central Phoenix. This location offers a wonderful vantage point to traveling anywhere in the valley with a quick 8 minute drive to the downtown super-bowl festivities. You may also explore the wonderful culinary scene and boutique shops that are just steps away. The VA hospital is less than 1/2 mile from the space as well as the nationally renowned Phoenix Children's Hospital which is 2.5 miles away. Just out the front door is access to the Phoenix Canal trail. A path along the canal for walking, running and biking. This path extends 10-20 miles both to the East and to the West. Steel Indian park is a quick walk down the road and boasts a very friendly dog park. The Phoenix Light-rail Public transit is a short canal walk away and offers the ability travel from Phoenix to Tempe and beyond. There is a great neighborhood bar/restaurant that is a block away and is called McKinseys. The Space is half of a duplex and has its own side yard and carport. . The space has its own carport that may also be used as outdoor seating. Street parking is also allowed if that's what a guest prefers. Attached to the carport is a washer and dryer. The kitchen inside has everything you may need to cook and serve meals. The bathroom boasts a walk in standing shower. Each bedroom is approximately 10x11ft with a small walk in closet. The main living area is modest but suitable for a small group of people. There is a smart tv with access to Netflix and all the other major streaming services.


This place is a nice, quiet space in a great location to get where your plans take you in the valley. It's no Ritz Carlton, but it has its charm and benefits. There is a ring doorbell to help keep the space protected and secure.

Owner (Gabriel) has to be one of VRBO's top 10 hosts! Just a terrific person and extremely accommodating. His quaint duplex was perfect for our needs. My cousin and I were in Phoenix for MLB Spring Training. His location was central to every place we wanted to visit. The unit was white-glove clean, sufficiently spacious, fully loaded with amenities, and easily accommodates four persons. Host's written instruction sheets were excellent and very helpful as well. It is one-half of a duplex but the separation wall is sufficiently thick and insulated that we did not hear the people on the other side at all. Neighborhood is quiet yet close enough to all amenities. Will definitely stay here again if we come back for another Spring Training.

We stayed at this quaint duplex in central Phoenix with a great location that made getting around easy. The host was excellent—responsive and easy to work with. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was a highlight with great water pressure and nice hot water. Me and my family felt safe in the neighborhood as well.That said, the place could really use a deep clean. The ceiling had visible dirt (vent covers), cabinet faces were grimy, the fridge wasn’t clean, and the shower could use more attention. Despite that, the overall stay was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook. We will stay again.

This is our second time staying at this duplex. Great neighborhood, which is very quiet, and walkable. Gabe is a great host. He is available to answer questions. The kitchen is well appointed, and has all you need to cook a meal. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels. We will stay again.

We really adored the red little door upon arrival.When we walked in we were greeted with a smell of calmness and clean. We really appreciate how most things are white but you can tell the upkeep is very niceAdditionally Gabriel was really easy to contact and receive replies and we definitely appreciate thatThe location was beautiful and in walking distance to many things. We were grateful to meet a neighbor a few blocks away that shared some fruit off of a tree so we can definitely say the neighbors and neighborhood is darlingAnd if we had to be honest we feel like the pictures of the place do not do it justice because when you walk in it clearly is a beautiful Oasis!We already mentioned to ourselves if we want to come back to Arizona we sure hope Gabriel's property is available and that he will have us againOh in one extra plus plus is a place called McKenzie's was right there down the street we ended up walking there the first night not realizing the Seahawks was playing and they actually had the game on with 12s in the building and that made us just so happy that a piece of home was with us on our tripAppreciate you Gabriel for being awesome attentive and just having an overall warm inviting space
