The unit is well appointed and furnished. The beds were very comfortable. The concierge was very responsive to anything that we required.

D’abord, après avoir conclu ma réservation de 6 nuits, je me suis rendu compte que l’hôte offrait une promotion d’une 7e nuit gratuite à l’achat de 6, lorsque j’en ai fait la demande, ils me l’ont refusé, disant qu’elle s’applique pas. On a passé une demi journée sans eau chaude le matin, ce qui nous a obligé à changer nos plans, ensuite c’est la cuisinière qui chauffait pas, bien qu’ils ont réagi rapidement à nos demande, ces inconvénients ont affecté notre séjour et aucune compensation nous a été offerte. J’ai fait plusieurs demande d’information au concierge au sujet du coffre fort, mes demandes sont restés sans réponse. La plage et la piscine sont proches, de même que l’autoroute, très bruyants jours et nuits, difficile d’avoir une quiétude avec cette situation. La cuisine est très bien équipée, le lave-vaisselle était plein de vaisselle à notre arrivée…

Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que certains aspects de votre séjour n’ont pas répondu à vos attentes. La promotion mentionnée offre une cinquième nuit gratuite et s’applique uniquement aux réservations entre juin et septembre 2026, c’est pourquoi elle ne s’appliquait pas à cette réservation. Concernant l’eau chaude, une fois notre équipe informée, le problème a été résolu en environ deux heures le matin même. La cuisinière a aussi été vérifiée et confirmée comme fonctionnant correctement. Notre équipe est toujours disponible pour aider avec les appareils. Nous n’avons pas été informés de préoccupations concernant le coffre-fort pendant votre séjour. Notre équipe de conciergerie est toujours disponible pour aider lorsque les demandes sont portées à notre attention. Merci aussi pour la mention de la cuisine. Nous avons partagé la remarque sur le lave-vaisselle avec notre équipe d’entretien ménager.
