One of very few properties that is actually set up for a large group gathering. The living room is very nice with plenty of seating. The number of bathrooms is also a huge plus. The induction cooktop takes some getting used to, but the ovens were great. The host was very quick with responding to our questions. Overall a great stay.

The house was clean and incredibly spacious! We were able to easily fit 19 youth ministry students and 10 adult leaders and never once felt overcrowded! The kitchen was also incredible and came with everything you could possibly need! The host was also great with communication. We highly enjoyed our stay!

Everything from check in to check out was so easy. This is our second year at this house for our church retreat. The kitchen is huge and very well stocked with everything we needed to cook for a large group. The floor plan is perfect for our older couples and the bunk rooms are perfect for our young people. The elevator is a big help for one of our ladies who is disabled. The house is very clean. We appreciate all the hand soaps, dish soaps, toilet paper were supplied. Thank you for being wonderful hosts.

Planned a Women's Retreat at the beach and this was a great house for our needs. There are a couple of things that you need to know. The living areas are not very big. The house is majority bedrooms. The kitchen doesn't have a pantry so be prepared to organize your stuff a little randomly. The bedrooms are amazing. The bathrooms are clean and plentiful. Bring extra trash bags because they are not provided. The elevator is great, I was able to load 5 large bins on it and send the car up without any issues. The location is a little farther from the beach than I thought it would be, but it's still a beautiful location. The viewing desk is awesome but those are not stairs it is 100% a ladder. Overall, it was clean, but the floors are older and typical beach house floors, so they are never truly clean. The high ceilings are beautiful but seem hard to clean because we saw a lot of dust. The two side tables can fold down and we found a lot of food in the leaves.

There are few items of concern:- There few nails pop up from the floor that we have find tape to cover it up to avoid hurting someone walking on them.- One of the stair to the top bunk bed does not have hook to the bed which one person did fell and due to the stair slid off.- One of the faucet leaks.Hope you can fix those for the next group.
