Stunning 2bd/2ba Condo - Ocean Front Complex in New Smyrna Beach

Discover the beauty of New Smyrna Beach from this 2-bedroom and 2 full bathroom condo located at the Hacienda Del Sol I. AC & Heating for a pleasant enjoyable stay and relax on the comfy couch inside watching a 55" 4k TV in the Living Room area or a 43" 4k TV in the Guest Room! Stay connected to the world with free WIFI and convenient charging plugs throughout the condo and an office area located in the Master Bedroom!

The on-site parking for guests is 'open' (unassigned) but there are plenty of available spots. You'll need to pick up a Guest Parking Pass from the Office for the Condo Complex which is located on the ground floor in middle of the courtyard (door to courtyard is next to the building elevator).

Inside our unit, we have a welcome desk setup which has a hard key for the unit (in case you prefer) along with a key to the complex Laundry Room which are located on each floor (coin operated). Since our condo unit is on the top floor of the complex, there is limited noise that would disturb our guests.

We help our guests to focus on their stay (and not the small stuff) by providing K-Cup and Nescafe coffee pods & machines with sweetners & creamer, coffee to-go cups, dishwasher & laundry soap/pods, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The dining area table has an expandable leaf and extra seating, to ensure that your entire family can join in for a family meal. There is a very comfy couch seat and table on the balcony, from which guests can sip their favorite drinks while watching the sunrise & sunset! We also provide bodyboards, beach towels & umbrella and sand toys!

The Hacienda Del Sol 1 condominium complex is located within walking distance of a grocery store, bar, restaurant and gym, all of which are directly across the street! Our condo complex is on a 'No Drive' section of beach, so our guests can comfortably (and safely) lounge right on the beach. It is also conveniently located minutes away (by vehicle) from other local shopping spots and the vibrant tourist area of Flagler Avenue.

A great beach week!

It was a great week in a great condo. The condo was great, in great shape, and the beds were very comfortable. Being on the no drive beach was nice, and the pool was very relaxing. Can't wait to go back!

My family and I had a wonderful time in this gorgeous condo! Beautiful beach front condo with all the amenities needed and more! Fabulous beach view from the balcony. Hosts were very accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Family Tradition Continues!

My family has been coming to this condominium for 35 years (starting with 1 condo and expanding to 8 plus condos rented each summer) and this year was the first year my husband and I decided to bring our kids and get our own condo. I have seen many of the condos in the complex and this one impressed my whole family! The decor was classic beachy but very tasteful. The whole place was designed with a vacation rental in mind with wonderful touches all around that made our stay much more enjoyable (fully stocked cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee and espresso bar, makeup wipes, lots and lots of easy to access plugs with USB and USC ports). The dining room table has a butterfly leaf and an extra bench which made it very easy to expand and to have a nice family dinner.I loved waking up with a fancy cup of espresso rocking in the oversized chair on the balcony with the kids watching the sunrise. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space for helping our family tradition expand and grow. We can't wait to come back next summer!
