About this property
KANZLER Vineyard House with Hot Tub & Pool
“The Vineyard Residence home was spectacular. The setting is absolutely beautiful and all you see is the vineyard. We walked around the vineyard every morning and it was so peaceful and the fall colors were spectacular. The house is very comfortable and it’s large but also cozy.” - Leslie

Ideal for those seeking calm, natural beauty, and a taste of Wine Country living, this home offers both modern comfort and rustic charm within easy reach of local wineries, boutique shops, and the coast.
*The Space*
Tucked on 20 acres in the heart of Sonoma’s Russian River Valley, this retreat offers more than just a place to stay—it’s a working vineyard and a fully immersive Wine Country experience.
Set in the lush and storied southwest corner of the Russian River Valley, the recently renovated two-story home is surrounded by rolling vines and breathtaking views in every direction. The Vineyard Residence is a place where wine, nature, and relaxation come together.
Guests are invited to book a private 90-minute tasting experience just steps from the house with co-owner Breauna Kanzler, and you may even spot Winemaker Alex Kanzler tending the vineyard on his tractor. This is wine country living, authentically experienced.
Whether you're on a romantic getaway, a family reunion, or a weekend retreat with friends, this home was designed to inspire connection and creativity. Take a peaceful stroll through the vines, fire up the grill for a sunset BBQ, or enjoy a locally made bottle on the patio beneath the stars. The sweet scent of ripening grapes fills the air as you warm up beside the firepit outdoor.
Behind the house, you’ll find a private pool offering plenty of seclusion, perfect for sunny afternoons or a refreshing dip after a day of wine tasting.
Curious about the vineyard operations or want to learn more about the winemaking process? Just ask! We love sharing what makes The Vineyard Residence so special.
Before anything else, take a moment to settle in and make yourself at home. Step inside to a warm and inviting interior that blends comfort with understated luxury.
This spacious 4-bedroom, 5-bath estate has been thoughtfully designed to offer both relaxation and functionality. The open layout invites you to unwind with your group, whether you're gathering around the dining table for a shared meal or lounging in the cozy living area with a glass of wine.
Prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen. The bright and airy kitchen is fully stocked with a gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and seasonings—plus a minibar with select Kanzler wines.
For quiet moments, retreat to the reading room, a sunlit nook perfect for getting lost in a good book or simply enjoying a moment of peace with vineyard views. For fun and connection, head to the game room, where guests of all ages can enjoy downtime together.
Every corner of the home is designed to help you settle in, slow down, and savor your time in wine country.
“One of the highlights of our stay was the wine tasting with Bre in their new tasting room. The experience was amazing, and the wine was the best we've ever had. Both the kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed themselves, making it a memorable trip for the whole family.” - Jatin
