Sonoma County Hillside Estate

Our home, set on almost 4 gated and private acres, includes 2 master bedrooms with ensuite with soaker tubs. There is one additional bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, and 2 fireplaces in the heart of wine country. The house sleeps 6 comfortably. Access to Sonoma Valley, Napa Valley, Russian River, Bennett Valley, and Anderson Valley wine regions within minutes. Relax all day by the solar heated salt water pool with attached hot tub and all night by the fire pit while roasting marshmallows. Nightly sunsets are spectacular, as are the sweeping views of the valley and neighboring horse farms.

The house is decorated with a rustic modern feel. Linen, marble, barn wood, hair on hide, and beautiful artwork complete this look. Included are all the amenities you need for a relaxing and complete vacation including large screen TV in separate family room, WiFi, Sonos surround sound stereo with portable speakers to bring to the pool & firepit. A large and full kitchen for cooking gourmet meals, outdoor grill and eating areas, and a large farm table that seats 10.

The surrounding pastures are home to our four miniature donkeys. Don’t worry there is no care for them required on your part! The property is landscaped with olive trees, lavender, fruit trees, grasses, and succulents.

We take pride in our home and hope you will enjoy every bit of it. Whatever we can do to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, we are happy to do. We have back up batterie’s for the solar system so if there is ever a power outage in the area you will still have power. With the exception of hot tub.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because it feels so removed from our busy city lives and yet it is only one hour from door to door. It is close to the best wine regions in the world and it affords us the opportunity to entertain our friends and relax on a very regular basis. The home is set up to provide ample room and privacy and allows multiple people to be here without feeling like you're in anyones way.

What makes this property unique

It's the view that got us. There is a spectacular sunset view every night. And although we have neighbors, it is a completely private property. Everyone on "The Hill" is friendly and neighborly. And the barn allows us room to have our pets, do projects, and park our cars.
