The Bella House invites you in with a welcoming wrap around porch with plenty of room for play. Her spacious open floor plain is complete with 10-foot ceilings, abundant, comfortable seating and all the modern amenities to make you feel both warm and cozy while enjoying plenty of breathing room.
On the main floor, you'll find the luxurious primary suite with a pedestal tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks and spacious closet. Up the stairs, you'll see four additional bedrooms paired with two full baths. Need a little escape? Sneak on up to the third-floor loft with a glass of wine and a good book.
With a stay at The Bella House, you'll be steps away from the Links and Harbor Courses within Wild Dunes, The Sand and Sea Spa, and various dining options within the Wild Dunes Resort community.
Enjoy an after dinner cruise along the quiet streets on a golf cart, or explore the resort by bike, and discover scenic spots off-the-beaten-path and away from the hustle of the main part of the island. For fun outside the Wild Dunes Resort, Isle of Palms boasts some of the most popular restaurants and cafes east of the Cooper River, and the island offers a wide variety of delicious seafood and other local specialties, including Coda del Pesce, Coconut Joes Beach Grill, both overlooking the Atlantic, Acme Lowcountry Kitchen and the locally loved Sea Biscuit Cafe, that serves up only breakfast, but is well worth the wait. You'll find upscale dining options dotted throughout the island, including Long Island Cafe.
If you are looking to take in the rich local history and charm of the area, head into historic, downtown Charleston - just a 30-minute drive to world-class restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. On your way, we recommend taking the scenic route through Sullivans Island and stop for brunch, then meander through the “Old Village” and enjoy the architecture of Mount Pleasant's hidden gem. Or stay "on island" and discover all the ways that make the Isle of Palms such a fun-filled vacation destination.

Every property in our portfolio is designed to host only vacation guests, and guests of Luxury Simplified Retreats are expected to abide by the rules and NOISE ORDINANCE enforced by the City of Isle of Palms. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and/or parties will result in immediate loss of use. The Bella House does not allow pets. No exceptions. The Bella House is a NO SMOKING property. No exceptions.
Access
Your Concierge will meet you at the home upon your arrival to check you in. Should our schedules not line up, your Concierge will walk you through how to get into the property. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. The villa is located inside Wild Dunes. Gate passes are required for every vehicle to access Wild Dunes. This property allows guests up to three (3) gate passes per reservation. Make sure to provide your Concierge with the first and last name(s) in which your gate passes should be under.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure. Your Concierge will meet you at the property upon check-in and provide valuable information about the home. Should an in-person meeting not work out, your Concierge will provide you with all the instructions you will need. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you will enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker and Keurig, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable, and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
The City of Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines and rental termination.
Minimum rental age is 25.
