The condo was perfect for our group of friends. Very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Great easy communication. Onsite bar was great. We used the amenities at the lake... Very fun.Quick tip ..there is a walking path into Blowing Rock cutting out the main road. Steep but doable.Thankyou

The rental is one of the best we’ve stayed in. Great location on a nice resort with good amenities and within a short walk or drive of the center of Blowing Rock. The rental itself has a really good layout, room configuration and equipment. Communication with the hosts was good and not excessive. Check in was seamless. Check out arrangements were simple and nothing more than a responsible renter would do anyway.

We had a very nice four night stay in this three bedroom three bath condo. The condo was well equipped and as described. The Chetola Resort is itself a beautiful property in Blowing Rock. Very convenient to all the town has to offer. My wife and I were there with our adult son and his wife as well as our granddaughter. We each had a bedroom and a bathroom and the set up could not have been nicer. Very pleased with the accommodations and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Our stay, our host, the home, and amenities were outstanding. We had a great time. Amenities at the resort included sleds and a sledding hill, and a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had every item you could possibly need. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

This condo is updated, clean and was perfect for our family! We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks on the lake and it’s a great location to explore Blowing Rock and Boone.

We did not stay at a vineyard. But the place was great-clean, well appointed, comfortable. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace. The host provided excellent directions as well as information for our arrival. Be sure to double check the check-out time with the host.

Family Weekend

We had a wonderful, long weekend stay for Spring Break. The condo was clean and set up perfectly for young kids, parents and grandparents. Exactly as pictured and described. The location was perfect to enjoy the area - minutes to downtown Blowing Rock and Tweetsie Railroad, and a short drive to Grandfather Mountain. The kids also enjoyed the pool and fishing at the resort. Thank you! We would definitely book again for a return trip.

Updated, clean, and very comfy beds!

We’ve been coming to Chetola for a 3-night summer getaway every year for the past 15 years, and we’ve stayed in many different condos throughout the property. This Hemlock unit is by far one of the most updated and comfortable we’ve experienced.My 20-year-old son stayed in the upstairs bedroom and said it was the most comfortable bed he’s ever slept in. The primary bedroom and ensuite bath were also beautifully done. We were especially impressed with the second bedroom on the main level—this space is often overlooked in other units, but here it featured a very comfortable king-size bed and stylish, modern decor.The kitchen was fully equipped and thoughtfully stocked with essentials like trash bags, dishwasher pods, K-cups, toilet paper, and more. We also appreciated the convenience of the nearby outdoor trash bin.We enjoyed walking down to the dam to fish and taking the easy trail over to Tanger Outlets. Overall, we loved the condo.The only drawback was the location—being up the hill behind the restaurant meant the balcony overlooked Highway 321, and traffic noise was noticeable at times.
