A large patio area and off road parking with secured electric gates. It has sea views (view of Funchal harbour) and mountain views.
The apartment is self contained including Iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen provided.
Property is in a desirable quite area, it is 7 minutes by car from Funchal centre and 5 minutes from the fast road, access to anywhere in the Island. The airport is about 15 minutes away and supermarkets about 5 minutes away. Bus stop a minutes walk. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance.
