Discover the perfect blend of modern luxury and natural beauty at this stunning Round House nestled on 53 private acres of forest. Secluded and serene, yet only minutes away from the charming towns of Woodstock, Saugerties, and Kingston, as well as some of the most breathtaking hikes and ski slopes in the Catskills.

Step inside and let the Round House embrace you with its elegance and comfort. Designed with meticulous attention to detail, this home offers top-of-the-line amenities.

Every window frames a view of the surrounding forest, immersing you in nature from every angle. The open, circular layout flows seamlessly, inviting you to relax and unwind. The loft features a cozy emerald green couch and a TV, while the woodstove area offers plush vegan leather couches for curling up with a book or good conversation.

The primary bedroom is a private oasis with its own Italian mermaid grotto-style bathroom, complete with a heated soaking tub for two, a marble double vanity, and a rain shower. The guest bathroom, known as "the cave," features moody dark tiles and sophisticated gold accents.

Step out onto the expansive deck, which wraps around the back of the house, offering stunning views from a 20-foot cliff along with a propane grill and outdoor seating. Whether you're sipping coffee in the morning or stargazing at night, this outdoor space provides the perfect backdrop for your stay.

For a touch of magic, use the Bluetooth-controlled ceiling lights to illuminate the space in your choice of color, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in the evening.

* And so much more

This one-of-a-kind home was built by me, Zach, the owner, with love and care, alongside the support of the local community. It’s not just a place to stay, it’s an experience, a retreat, and a home among the trees.

Escape to the Round House and enjoy the ultimate Catskills getaway.
Guest access
You have access to the whole round house (besides the crawl space/ utility room) and the 53 private acres and trails surrounding the home.

The aerial silks (circus arts apparatus) are locked up and off limits due to safety.

If you would like to hire one of our massage therapists during your stay, please send me a message with at least 5 days notice.

There are two queen beds (one in each bedroom) and the third bed for the 5th/6th person is a blow up mattress in the loft.

The Round House is it's own private structure and the 53 acres are shared with me when I am in the Hudson Valley. The barn that I live in is about 150ft apart and can be seen in the exterior photos. The barn is also available for rent and can be rented simultaneously with this rental if you message me through Airbnb.

There is a gold leaf print from an artist that creates abstract floral erotica. If you are coming with someone that you would prefer didn't see images like this, message me before your arrival and I can remove this from the guest bathroom during your visit.

How the Space came about:
I bought the raw land you are on, in November 2018. Without a road, electric, well or any personal building knowledge (I had never used a drill at that time), I set out to level up my skill set. I lived in a tent where this grey house is for 3 months while playing with power tools and hiring people to clear trees, build the road, bury electrical lines, and pound the well. The weather turned to frost and it became too cold to continue living in my tent so I rented a trailer while designing the ‘barn’. All of the windows and doors were found second hand and I found a local barn company to construct the exterior based on my plans.
With the plan in motion, I built a concrete form and set out to pour the foundation with a new friend of mine. The exterior was built on the newly poured foundation and I began teaching myself how to build the interior with the help of youtube and people I would randomly meet along the way. After a year of ‘practicing’ building the barn, I moved on to the round house that you will be staying in. I am always still in the process of learning but have gotten to a point where I can now build a home from the ground up. As one person , this has been a 4 and a half year process with so much connection and community assistance. I hope you enjoy the toils and love that I have put into this space.
