NEW TO VRBO - Catskills Cabin Surrounded by Mountain Views and Hot Tub

Location is Everything! Our 3BR Catskills home is surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, and close to all including Woodstock Village, Phoenicia, Rivers, Hikes, Breweries, Ski Areas and more. Home is set high on a ridge overlooking nature from all angles on 3 private acres of land. Enormous brand new deck facing mountains with fire pit, grills. Perfect location for exploration. Tastefully decorated with brand new beds and furniture, fully stocked kitchen.

Our family's vacation home is perfect for a cozy weekend with friends or adventurous spot to explore and Ski the beauty of the Catskills. It feels open and spacious between the large living room and cabin sunroom overlooking the mountains, and super cozy between the two fully functioning fireplaces. The sunroom opens out onto our brand new cable railing deck which is beautiful to sit on during the day, and refreshing to feel the cool breeze at night while stargazing around the fire pit (Yes, firewood provided!). The kitchen is open to the living room with barstools at the countertop and has about everything one would need to cook, it is fully stocked from pots/pans to baking dishes, air fryer, coffee maker, knife sets etc. There is both a charcoal and gas grill on the deck.

There is a high speed mesh wifi system throughout the whole house that works great for video conferencing, streaming video etc.

The beds are brand new and incredibly comfortable. There is an air conditioner in each bedroom and the living room.

There is also full Verizon cellphone service on the property which is a bonus around here!

Guest access

There is plenty of parking for multiple cars both underneath the deck and in the driveway. Car is definitely suggested for exploring the area, four wheel drive in winter months. If snow is in the forecast please park under the large deck.

Our home is located about 12 minutes from the Village of Woodstock and less than 10 minutes to Phoenicia Village. We are under 30 minutes from Hunter Mountain and about 25 to Belleayre. There are beautiful trails and reservoir walks less than 5 minutes from our house. We are also located less than 5 minutes from grocery store/shopping/markets/farm stands. There are tons of outdoor activities around us to enjoy, along with great restaurants, music and sightseeing. Ask us any questions for more information on activities!
