Cabin 3 Waterfront - Three Pines Lodging & Marina

Located on the North Shore of Oneida Lake in Central New York. Offering fishing and family vacation rentals. Three Pines Lodging & Marina is a great place to enjoy a vacation with your family and friends. Come enjoy your stay in one of our five cozy cabins with a beautiful view of the lake. Our larger cabins sleep 8 to 13 with two smaller cabins sleeping 2 to 3. Opening the first weekend in May for the start of Walleye season staying open through ice fishing season. Bring your boat and enjoy the convenience of launching and docking steps away from your cabin. One dock is included with each cabin rental. Extra docks available for a fee.

At Three Pines Lodging & Marina, LLC, Sylvan Beach on Oneida Lake is a quick boat ride away. Check out our video of Sylvan Beach from one end to the other. Great family beach with warm water and natural sand. You can drive your boat in close to enjoy our amazing local restaurants, bars, and casino or to just hang out in the water with friends. Enjoy the many events throughout the summer including car shows, bike night, bands in the park, parades, activities for kids, fireworks and so much more!

We have extra parking for trucks and trailers as well as four wheelers and snowmobiles for ice fishing or snowmobiling. We are 1/8th of a mile from the snowmobile trail. Enjoy a ride around the lake or take a ride to the famous Tugg Hill Plateau (30 miles).

Great place to enjoy Oneida Lake

Great place to stay for those of us who love to fish. On-site boat launch, protected marina, and fish cleaning station are the big pluses. It's also easy to launch kayaks or canoes from the shore. The property is clean, tidy, and very pretty with big trees, picnic tables and fire pits surrounded by lawn chairs. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset. The young children are delighted by the large sand pit. Dan and Tammy are gracious hosts. We have vacationed at Three Pines for many years. We love it.

Best water front cabin

We had a wonderful time in north bay cabin. It was for only one day but if we had time we gonna stay as long as we can because it’s a really peaceful environment with heart touching view. We had really good time and the Dan & Tammy was really friendly. It was a bad weather day but we only went for one day and needed the boat ride really bad then Dan & Tammy gave us free boat ride for one hour and it was really memorable day for four of us. We gonna visit there again with our family for sure. It’s such a nice, clean and memorable place to stay for one night and we had so much fun. Thank you Dan & Tammy.

Great Vacation Destination!!!

This is a great place to stay with family and friends. The cabins are super cozy and the property is very well kept. There is a lot to do in the area or you can stay at the marina and go fishing, swimming or boating. Tammy and Dan are excellent hosts and very accommodating. I stayed for the weekend in the apartment above the bait shop and had a great view of the lake. I will be back again for sure! Thank you Tammy and Dan!

The cottage was nicer in person than the pictures seemed. Tammy and Dan were both very friendly and helpful. Super nice people. The kids had so much fun on the pontoon boat, near the fire, and playing in the sand. There is a lot to do in the area. We will definitely be back!

The cabin was spotless, and the owners were super accommodating. The large screened in porch allowed us to spend evenings playing cards while enjoying the outdoors. The pontoon boat rental and fishing were great! We can't wait to go back again!
