Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towel on shower floor.
Please place trash in bear proof caged bins located outside at the end of driveway by the fence line.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
MINUMUN NIGHT STAY: CANNOT be change once booking is confirmed and no refunds. Cancelations are subject to cancelation policy and applicable fees.
PLEASE DO NOT use the MENU button (should be covered by a piece of black tape) it will reprogram things that we cannot fix long-distance.

Really beautiful spot. We appreciate that it was a little removed from Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge, but only a 15 minute drive to either. Well cared for.

Family Getaway

This was the cutest, cleanest, and coziest cabin! We loved everything about it. The cubby hole upstair was the best touch for our kiddos. It wasn’t too far from the strip either. Will definitely be staying here again!

What makes this property unique

The living room offers a cozy and warm ambience that opens into the kitchen. This comfy space features a theatre reclining sofa, arm chair with ottoman, a smart TV with Roku, electric fireplace and a 2 player arcade gaming machine. A full bathroom with a modern and sleek tiled shower paired beautifully with pebble tile and a frameless glass shower door. Plenty of storage for linens and your personal essentials. This bathroom is conveniently located downstairs with a second full bath located upstairs. The washer and dryer are also easily accessible on the first floor.

The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, refrigerator and island seating for 4. The kitchen has the essentials you need including a Keurig coffee maker, utensils and cookware. The k-duo coffee machine allows you to use both k-cups and ground coffee giving you the versatility to brew a cup or carafe for the whole family. Make sure to pack your favorite coffee.

Our cabin features 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, including plenty of storage with 5 drawer tall dressers, night stands with lamps, smart TV with Roku.

Our loft includes an adorable preschool den with bean bags for your little ones, a full bathroom with shower/tub, a queen sofa bed with storage and smart TV with Roku to be used as a third bedroom or a second living space.

The private patio and outdoor fire pit makes the perfect backdrop to enjoy the beautiful outdoors and stargaze. The patio features 4 rocking chairs perfect for an afternoon read and a 4-6 person hot tub with jets to relax and wind down. A small walkway leads to an outdoor fire pit equipped with 6 Adirondack chairs, string lights and cowboy BBQ ideal for hotdogs or s’mores.

Come stay at Timber Ridge and feel right at home with all the amenities and comforts you need to connect and cherish each other's company.
