This beautiful renovated unit is in building 37. It is quiet, away from the clubhouse but within steps to the pool, BBQ and playground.

The unit has tile throughout the main floor, including the master bedroom! The services include extended cable, free wifi and free long distance within North America.

The open plan living space includes a comfy sitting area, with a dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. THe washer and dyer are located in a closet off the kitchen.

THe main floor master bedroom, has a king size bed and a TV. There is an attached ensuite bath with a jetted tub and shower combo.

Upstairs, there are two more bedroom, each with two twin beds and a TV. There is a hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

Host was fast to respond and fix demands.unit has everything you need and plenty of room. The furniture is a little worn in the bedrooms but living room was perfect. Would recommend, good value for the price.

Great location

Our stay here was exactly what we wanted. The pools and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The condo was in a quiet location close to stores and easy to get to where you have to go. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Bad cleaner

The cleaner did a terrible job, we had to wadh sheets and dishes upon arrival. No blankets on the beds. Peep holes broken and empty, so bugs came in. Couldn’t recieve ubereats deliveries, no instructions on how to get them through the gate.

Things to be fixed

First off you need to include a map of the buildings we got it late in the dark the gate security didn’t have a clue where our building was we drove around for 1/2 hr till we ran into a gentleman walking his dog who showed us to the building also the cleaning crew needs some watching their was a bar of soap on the rim of tub had to use butter knife to pry loose lots of dust bunnies in corners leg is missing on one couch so it sets crooked really you have to bring your own wash cloth and towels for dishes. The towel bar is ready to fall off in master bath and in five minutes you could change handle on refrigerator to the way it should be. The location was great we have been coming to florida since 86 and you place would be rated a C+ compared to what we have rented for the same price. We normally stay a month but due to a schedule surgery we could only do 8 days. The only years we missed were due to Covid and the company we normally rented from in Kissimmee shut done due to Covid. We will be back next year. Thanks for the stay

Este imóvel e ideal para famílias de até 7 pessoas. Só acho que os proprietários peçam quanto à qualidade das toalhas que eram velhas, os Colchoes são muito ruins e a roupa de cama e de baixa qualidade. Em um lugar onde se compra toalhas de ótima qualidade por 7 dólares o proprietário poderia fazer esse investimento pois o imóvel e atende muito bem. Também valeria a pena trocar os colchões pois os da casa já não atendem com a qualidade que o imóvel tem. A mesa da sala estava com um dos pés soltos o que é um risco para os hóspedes.

The property worked well for us in terms of location and facilities to meet our needs. The linens and cooking utensils were adequate, but could have been improved upon to give a better sense of welcoming guests.

It was nice to have a roof over our heads , but it was very dissappointing the ipstairs giest rooms. bed mattresses seems to be missing a spring, boggy, place was Dusty, dirty & moldy, my families who plagues with allergies sick the whole time needs towels for their kitchen and bath towels there were no sheets for the pullout bed in living room, luckily I travel with my own personal linens, so i was able to help with that for my family, this place needs a good cleaning company to come in and do it, wish you all the best in the future we had problems getting into the pool also, but we occupy our time doing other things sorry i am not one to complain but this was the most uncomfortable vacation home i have had in all my travels over 10years. Thanks again..

Certainly if you had contacted us during your stay, we would have been happy to review your concerns and assist you in making your stay more comfortable, however, we have no record of you ever contacting us. We have also just received a review on Airbnb from the guest that checked out the day that you checked in and they gave this home 5 stars across the board. Not clear why you would have had trouble getting into the pool as we manage several homes in Venetian Bay and no other guests have had this issue. We have checked the linen closet and there were sheets for the pull out sofa as well as towels that appeared not to have been used. We will most definitely be reviewing the concerns noted in your review to ensure that future guests do not share a similar experience.

I will be renting again

This was our first time renting a villa and I must say that it was definitely a home away from home, the only reason why I am giving 4 star is only because it was pretty dusty including the floor other than that it was at a perfect location. Fire house nearby, hospital, stores (plenty to choose from) It was about 25 mins from Magic Kingdom . The pool was right across the parking lot. I would rent here again the next time we come to Florida.

We have had some trouble with floor cleaning recently and have traced it to a cleaning product that we have been using. Great value for the price!

This condo was a perfect fit for our family of 6! Having a 2nd floor with the kids bedrooms upstairs gave us much needed room to spread out and have peace. We could see the pool from the living room window which made it easy to send the older kids over and not be worried. Literally the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the master suite bed was pretty hard and the decor overall in the condo was lacking. We would definitely stay here again though!
