Went here for a few days with a bunch of friends, and the house was even better than we expected! The kayaks and paddle boards that came with the property really made the trip. Such a beautiful place that id definitely recommend to other friends and family.

This place was excellent. The view from the kitchen is what will encourage us to book again. It had all the amenities we could need and was absolutely delightful (ex: kayaks, floating mat, fire pit, sand area, comfortable chairs, good AC, etc). Great stay for our multigenerational family! Our only complaint is the check in (4pm) and check out times (10am) are way too rigid and short, especially for the price they're charging per night.

Potential, but fell short

I want to start by saying the property is beautiful and the home is absolutely lovely. It is very obvious that somebody took a lot of time decorating and putting together a home that is welcoming and offers numerous ways to relax and unwind. I also realize that several of the issues we encountered were due to the fact that this is a new rental and would be easy to fix if the owners chose to do so. However, one of the biggest issues we encountered had to do with communication, or the lack thereof. From an overly complicated check-in process to a broken oven that we were not alerted to until our arrival, things that should be easy caused us real issues. While claiming the home could accommodate 12 guests, we did not have enough linens or bath towels to accommodate our group of nine. They did not provide enough sheets for all the beds and only provided one beach towel for the entire group (we had to buy beach towels at a local store). We would have been happy to bring our own towels, but that was also not communicated. Lastly, in terms of communication, the biggest disappointment is that I sent a much more detailed review to the property management company and requested it be shared with the owners. Besides a standard "we saw your review and will take your points into consideration" email, we have not heard from the management company nor the owners. This leaves me weary of whether or not the small issues will be fixed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We truly appreciate your kind words about the homeā€™s layout and welcoming atmosphere. For clarity for future guests, we provide bedding for all beds in the home and 1.5 towels per person up to the listed maximum occupancy. We are always happy to deliver additional linens or towels if requested. Regarding the oven, we were not aware of the issue prior to your arrival. Once it was brought to our attention, it was addressed to prevent future inconvenience. We have taken all of your feedback into consideration and have made improvements to inventory, communication, and maintenance processes to ensure a smoother experience moving forward. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps us continue improving for future guests.
