Great communication with unit owner

Owners were upfront about hurricane damage in the area and the renovations being done at the marina. Unit was very clean and the AC works well and gets real cold. Owners were very easy to communicate with. I would stay there again

The apartment was well setup for a terrific week - wish we would have had better weather. Thanks to the owner for watching out for us from getting situated upon our arrival to ensuring we had what we needed throughout our stay - we would do it again. Look forward to coming back when things have recovered - so sad to see the destruction after the hurricane.

I can’t say enough about this gem! The villa is very roomy and cozy. It had everything we needed. We loved going to the pool at Flip Flops and relaxing. It was a short drive to St. Andrews to enjoy some beach time too. In fact, it’s a short drive to anywhere you want to go in Panama City. Jon was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying again!

Being familiar with Bay Point, my wife and I were looking for a place to stay where we can take walks with our small dog. We quickly realized this place offered so much more. The first thing we did when we got there late in the afternoon was sit in the recliner chairs and enjoy this amazing sunset. The place was spacious and well kept. The owners contacted us on the drive down to offer additional assistance with activities available in Bay Point. There is washer and dryer available so you are able to do laundry if necessary. The owners also spend time there, so there are nice amenities like Cable TV and Cable Internet. So I was able to check my work emails in the evenings. We did not spend much time in the unit during the daytime because we were out and about in PCB. However, it was a nice place to lay your head down at night or relax after a day of activities. There is a great restaurant right next door for calzones and you can sit outside. We only wished we had some more time so we could have gone over to the Sheraton and had some food and drinks over there. The only item that I would alert people to before renting is the size of the 2nd bedroom. It's on the smaller side, but I think there is a futon that opens up into an additional bed. If you are a single person, couple or have small children, the place is perfect. All in all, the location is perfect, parking is easy, owners are friendly and helpful and there is so much to do in Bay Point. We would definitely stay here again if the place is available.
