Area and complex were quiet. There is everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable king bed in the main bedroom. Just a few miles from Broadway. Would definitely recommend.

We were only in Nashville for a couple of nights on our way to Kentucky, but we were pleased with the condo. It was clean, and we had plenty of space for a family of five. Didn’t have enough towels for the whole family when we arrived, but contacted the host, and they responded quickly with more than enough. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here as a party of four (two couples) for my 40th birthday trip. This was a great place to stay, very clean, and we felt safe in the area. The pool is a great feature (even though not heated). It is a short Uber to many of the popular areas.

The condo was very clean. The check in/ out process was very simple. The host was very attentive and addressed all of my questions and concerns. The parking garage was well lit. The Mexican restaurant on the first floor was a definite plus. I highly recommend staying here with this host.

We enjoyed our time in Nashville. This was a nice location, convenient to several attractions. Parking was easy. Mostly able to park on the lower level, but there was also ample parking on the upper level.

Great Place in Nash

This is a great place to stay for a week in Nashville! The location is 10 minutes to Broadway and the pool is a really nice amenity. The owners are very communicative and understanding too. My family loved staying here instead of a hotel like they usually do. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishware and the electronics all worked well.

Super nice! I and my sister was traveling with our parents who are a a bit older. We needed a room close to Vanderbilt hospital. This was perfect! The seats (couches and chairs) are a bit low, so if you are traveling with some elderly people, you might want to keep this in mind.

Overall everything was good. The only draw backs were that the living room roller blinds were missing and the drapes only provided about 75% blockage to the outside. And they only had a mini ironing board which was not ideal but sufficient to get the job done. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. I would most definitely stay there again.

The whole apartment was very clean. I appreciated having laundry on site to keep up with my clothes. The host was attentive to any issues and parking was easily accessible and convenient to the buildings back access. The beds were so comfortable and we had a great night sleep every night.Only things I would change would be having a broom and dust pan and salt and pepper shakers.My guest and I are already discussing our next year's trip and might rent this space again.
