The kitchen, living room and Florida room are conveniently located downstairs, offering a cozy space to relax, cook dinner and enjoy a glass of wine. The living room has a queen size sofa bed and the Florida room has a queen size murphy bed. Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms—one featuring a king bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, and dresser, while the other boasts two full-sized beds, a ceiling fan, a smart TV and dresser. Perfect for families or groups, this spacious (1486 sq ft) layout provides both privacy and shared spaces to unwind after a day of exploring.

This townhome is located just 20 miles from Pensacola Airport and close to the most pristine white sand beaches: Perdido Key Beach (5 miles), Johnson Beach (5 miles), Orange Beach (14 miles), and Pensacola Beach (24 miles).

Smart TV’s are present in the living room and bedrooms. Smart TV’s have pre-downloaded apps so you may sign into your accounts and watch your favorite movies and shows.

Coffee bar includes an assortment of k-cups, hot chocolate and teas for you to enjoy.

We provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap in the bathroom. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags are also supplied.

We welcome those working remotely. A computer with dual monitors will be available for guest use.

Parking – one designated space and one guest space (guest spaces first come, first serve).

Please note that this Pensacola townhome does have shared walls, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation!

Guests have full access to the entire home, except for the owner's closet and supply closets, which are securely locked. Enjoy all other spaces freely, including the living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, and outdoor patio.

This place was very clean and functional! The home was relaxing and spacious for our family of 4. It was close to the baseball fields and beach, so met our needs. We hope to be back, again, one day! Thank you.

We cannot say enough good things about this stay! We looked at hundreds of properties before deciding on this one, BEST DECISION EVER. It was immaculately clean and perfectly laid out. So much space!!!! The kitchen was an absolute delight to cook in. The owner has thought of EVERYTHING. The decor was incredibly gorgeous. We felt like we were staying at a place from Better Homes and Gardens magazine. So many thoughtful details throughout the whole home. It really felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, too. We were all sad to leave. Communication with host was A. Also, it was very close to EVERYTHING, close to all the big beaches, but we preferred Johnson Beach. This location had us feeling very safe and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Teresa's place was very nice, suited my needs perfectly.Conveniently located to shopping (grocery) a couple of excellent fresh fish markets. Kitchen was well equippedwith all the accoutrement you will need except a toaster that will toast a bagel properly. Washer & dryer in unit worked well, definitely a plus, looked fairly new. I look forward to a visit again next year.
