Beautiful home right on hole 17 of the golf course with a view of the mountain from nearly every room. Updated throughout and the ranch style layout make it easy and comfortable. Hot tub was a treat. Host was prompt, welcoming and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

Scott's property in Sunriver was absolutely fantastic for my family with small children. It was perfectly clean, well-stocked, and located near all of the Sunriver amenities (rec center, village, trails). The beds were comfortable, and ample cozy blankets were provided. We loved the clean hot tub, too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Lovely house off a tee on Golf Course. Beautiful view of Mt. Bachelor. Walking distance to Nature Center and Observatory. Village a bit further, but walkable as well. Two bikes for rent at 70 for 24 hour period really reasonable. Elk, Black Tail Deer and Mule Deer roaming on and near property. House was as described and Host was friendly and helpful.

Great condo in terrific location! Impeccably clean and well stocked, clearly the owners listened to prior reviews and made improvements. Cute touches like the turn table, books, National Geographic collection.Room for improvement on the lighting very dark in the living and master bedroom. Some clean up needed in the hot tub area with dying plants. These are my only suggestions otherwise great place, Scott very kind and extended our stay for us. Wonderful spot!

Has amazing potential but needs a little love

We are a couple in our 60's who travel a lot. We rent places quite often. 5-6X/year. We have been going to Sunriver for decades. We have rented dozens of SR homesI wish I could give it higher ratings. I would say it is a 3.5.This property has amazing potential and could be a solid continuous 5 star condo. BUT it needs a lot of work and a lot of love. I believe the owners have recently purchased the property and may be beginner vacation property owners.Plus: linens & sheets nice/high end. Master King bed comfortable (did not use 2nd bedroom), View is to die for of Mt Bachelor and on the 17th tee box and fairway. quiet and peaceful setting. Location great. Short walk to mall. Parking just feet from front door. Not so great: It is always so disheartening to have essential items missing from the kitchen, especially on the first evening & first morning. No ice maker - please provide basic ice cube trays in this case.No coffee filters - Brand new machine that has a sticker saying there is a gold filter included. Nope, no filters. had to use a napkinNo salt and pepper - Have never rented a place without that basic spiceNo renters guide - We did not have issues but this is always a big plus in a place where one is unfamiliarNo check out information or instructions - we just did the usual and guessed time of 11:00 check outCouches are old, tired, dingy and need replacedHot tub clean and hot - light broken w jagged edge No hot tub towelsNo deck table

Thank you Brenda for the constructive feedback. You are correct we closed recently on this condo and do have a few bugs to work out. My wife and I checked in immediately following your visit and have corrected them all. Additional dishes, coffee filters, the water for ice was shut off and now back on, salt an pepper stocked. The hot tub does not have an issue, the light cover is fine, there is a jet down low that is easily mistaken for a broken light housing. We have also set up a new patio set on the back deck and bought a brand new BBQ. Couches are on order but leadtime is long, current ones are clean but agree they do need updating. We are experienced and you can find a spotless review history for our other property in SR on VRBO (Meadow House 7). Hope to earn your business next time you visit Sunriver - owners Scott & Melissa
