Jon was very responsive to our needs. We did not have any problems but he answered all questions timely and with warmth. The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean and and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we needed, and then some. The location was convenient to everything around Fairbanks. If your looking for a place to stay I highly recommend!

Nice new home in a private wooded area. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and the northern lights that were visible from the back deck.

The host was great! Prompt communication and would help us when unplanned circumstances arose. We absolutely loved the house and hot tub. It was perfect for our family and our vacation!! We had everything we needed there. The snow covered trees lining the drive is picture perfect! It made me happy every time we drove “home”. If we are ever back in Alaska, we would love to stay there again!
