Cozy cottage in charming Trinidad with WiFi

Our 600 sq. ft cottage is surrounded by redwoods, on a four acre property, one mile from the sea. It was rebuilt two year ago, and has all new appliances. It's a cozy and peaceful escape from civilization, perfect for two or a small family.

We have a space heater and our wood stove if you feel cold. Although, during summer the temperature is normally perfect, both night and day.

Fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking and baking needs, including an array of spices.

This was a wonderful place to stay and I totally recommend it for couples. Things were a bit tight with three adults. The tub has a high clearance, so if there are mobility issues, take note. Very quite neighborhood, super convenient to the beach, hiking and parks, great communication with hosts, and I can't say it enough; it was just a charming little cottage. : ) We would stay again if we travel that direction.

Host was very attentive and explain the check-in and check out process succinctly. Very comfortable accommodations. The only thing I might suggest would be to add a small table and eating area b in t the kitchen might be too small to do that. We would stay again if the opportunity presents itself. A Perfect Getaway - Exactly what we had hoped for. The cottage is charming and well stocked, the Host has a flair for design and outstanding customer service. We enjoyed dinners on the deck at the bistro table, watched the night sky with our binoculars, challenged ourselves to the 176 steps down College Trail to walk on the beautiful beaches, and relaxed! This was the second half of a trip to Mendocino and Humboldt to celebrate our son’s birthday (43rd) and he loved this cottage - next time I’d love to rent both the cottage and the canvas tent in the meadow (if it’s available).

My husband and I, fully enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage. Nicely equipt kitchen, comfortable bed, super cute/lovely decor, spacious bathroom.The deck area was a nice space to sit and enjoy the outdoors.Kimberly was lovely to work with. She was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. Trinidad id a lovely town. We were close to grocery and hiking.

Nice place, covered deck would be nice. Air machine running all the time was noisy. No instructions to say okay to turn off at night. Without machine all would have been 5 Stars.

The air machine was a dehumidifier, which is there for your comfort. If you turn it on before leaving, the house will be warm when you get back. If I’m in the house, I only use it for 30 minutes to get rid of steam. But usage of it is completely optional. For future guests reading this, please message me if you need help with something, have a discomfort or have a question.

This is NOT a 2 bedroom. 1 bedroom & a small living room futon pull out..minimal room to walk..also, kitchen sink has no stopper..very difficult to wash dishes, cute, but not comfortable..SORRY

No, this is not a two bedroom and I don’t believe it is advertised as such. It is shown as having two queen beds, and being 600 square feet, which is all true. I live there with my two daughters outside of summer and we are comfortable. I will look for a kitchen sink stopper. I don’t use one to clean my dishes but that’s good to know that some guests do and that I should have one.

Our family had a wonderful getaway at Kim’s cozy cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. She was very attentive and responsive to our needs including providing extra water, locating the hair dryer, and leaving toys, books, and a step stool for our toddler. We would love to come back and stay again.
