*Owner retains use of the dock/boat, garage and if not rented, golf cart, with advance notice to guests.

*Boaters are welcome to tie-in, however use of boat lift is not included with stay and must be pre-approved.
Guests may be required to provide documentation to support competence (ex. boater safety certificate, marina operator license, captain's license, etc.), and approval is at the discretion of home owner (no exceptions.)

* Early check in/late check out: the earliest check in we can accommodate is 2:00pm and the latest check out is 11:00 am.
Both will incur an additional fee to be remitted at time of booking, and can only be accommodated if requested at time of booking and not on arrival day, or during your stay. We appreciate your understanding.

We loved our stay at the Joyful Vista. The layout of the house was perfect for 4 adults with two kids. The house was very clean and beds were quite comfortable. It was convenient to all St. Pete attractions and it was fun to have family with a boat to be able to pick us up at the dock. Our only real complaint was with Mother Nature as we had a chilly week. It didn't stop us from enjoying the pool or getting out on the kayaks. Would definitely recommend Joyful Vista.

Memorial Day Vacay

This property is beautiful inside and out. Beautifully landscaped yard, pool and deck; and beautifully decorated interior. It is the cleanest property I have stayed. Every detail was thoughtful and many extras to make our stay stress free and relaxing. My husband enjoyed the “coffee room” each morning overlooking the bay, while my daughter and I enjoyed sitting under the covered pool area enjoying our coffee (which was supplied with Kuerig coffee.) I highly recommend this property if you are considering a stay in St. Petersburg, Florida!

What makes this property unique

Just a few of the things that make Joyful Vista special: it's waterfront AND it has a pool; it spacious, with plenty of common areas inside and outside for 8 guests to spread out OR come together; ample driveway parking = huge plus; the wifi is fast, we love pets, and most of all, there's just a wonderful serene "vibe" about the neighborhood and house both, which I know a lot of people look for and would enjoy.
