Awesome 2/2/1 condo in Brownsville Country Club. Fully furnished.
The unit has been partially remodeled in 2019, with new ceiling textures, new tiled Master Bathroom

Brownsville Country Club, Vista Verde Condominiums. A couple of blocks away from BCC Golf Course and Sunrise Mall, this condo is really close to the true commercial heart in Brownsville. Centrally located, this condo grants you quick access to many restaurants and shopping centers. This unit is perfect for traveling nurses as we are only minutes away from the major Brownsville hospitals.

It features a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, including a dishwasher, Two Flat screen TVs and a very comfortable full size sleeper sofa. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a private, recently remodeled bathroom and a walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 features two twin size beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The condo sleeps 4 guests in beds and 2 more in a sleeper sofa in the living room. It allows up to 6 guests total.

The unit also has a 1 car garage with an electric garage door opener. The washer and dryer is conveniently located inside the unit, in the garage.

House trained pets are allowed through a small pet fee (non-refundable)

You can have up to two vehicles per condo, and there is no assigned parking in the complex (first come, first served)

Beautiful and relaxing

The decor and design of the place as well as its situation in the country club were amazing. It provided an atmosphere of relaxation and even a small area to walk our dog. The furnitute was very comfortable and ideal for resting after daily activities. The beach was not too far away and stores were also close by for any eventual needs.

Best Vacation in a long time!

Super easy to rent; great communication with property owner. Perfect size for our stay-a private space for my husband and me, snd a private space for our friend. Even a little patio to make it perfect! We would absolutely stay again!!

Birthday getaway 🎁

Vista Verde 145 is a very nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, and located right in the middle of everything. For my birthday this year I wanted to experience Padre Island and it was only 25 minutes from my stay. I paid a good price for 3 nights booking on Vrbo. The owner Roberto is very nice and helpful. You can call or text him about anything and he will answer. I really enjoyed my first time. I'm definitely returning and will be booking with Roberto.

Place had everything to feel at home, just brong yourself, food and your clothes.

Property is in a good location, close to pretty much everything. It is nice that it has a garage and a small patio to unwind at the end of the day. Place has everything you need. Great place to stay and will definitely consider staying here again.

Highly Recommend!

We had a great time in Brownsville! The condo was clean, and had all we needed for the weekend. The house is tucked away in a clean and quiet neighborhood next to the golf course. The location of the condo was great! the condo is located minutes away from the local mall, gas stations, restaurants, coffee shop and Walmart. The communication from the owner was fast. We definitely recommend this condo if staying in the Brownsville, or South Padre Island area!

although the complex and this unit are getting old and need a up-date , once inside, this home was spotless. priced reasonably , this home filled all our needs. A larger , usable outdoor space would have been nice , but that is out of the owner's control . a light over the washer and dryer would be recommended
