Situated on the water in family friendly North OC, this unit ready to make your next family vacation memorable. There is just something magical about spending your vacation on the water in OC, especially in this 3 BR townhome with plenty of updates. In the kitchen and dining area you will find updated cabinetry, the living room has a new couch, new furnishings and is beautifully decorated. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and has new furnishings and carpet. The attached bath has been updated and has a stylish barn door. The second main bedroom also has a queen size bed, new furnishings and the attached bath has updated vanity and flooring. On the top level, you will find the third bedroom that has three twin sized beds. The attached bathroom also has an updated vanity and flooring. There is a washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi for guest use.

The family will love all the things to do in North OC such as miniature golf, go carts, laser-tag, movie theater, Ice skating at the Carousel, North Side Park activities (fireworks on Sunday nights during the summer), jet skiing and course the large OC Beaches. The parents will love easy access to 2 grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations and of course the outstanding restaurants/bars which include Green Turtle, Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets, Blue fish and Lombardi's to name a few. You also have easy access to tax-free shopping in DE.

* There is no pier access for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The "sleep total" of 7 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms made post beach showers easy with an amazing view. Picture perfect view with my morning coffee. Parking was easy with a carport and 1 assigned space. Linens were included and easy to set throughout the house. This townhouse was in a great location and perfect for the whole family!

Our stay was a long weekend and the property was perfect. Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. The location and views of the bay were peaceful and our stay was the perfect way to relax and enjoy vacation,I also want to add how accommodating David at Benchmark Properties was when we ran into an issue with the oven. He was helpful and supportive!

Overall nice place and great location. We could tell it wasn’t deeply cleaned.We found dirty laundry in one of our rooms, personal items and hair in the shower upon check in and other small details like the hand soaps weren’t refilled.Just things that would be taken care of if things were properly cleaned. Additionally, we had a massive issue with the oven which rendered it useless for the remainder of our trip. The hosts did not reach out to check in about it after the after hours maintenance helped us the night before. We never heard from them.

Our cleaners usually do an excellent job but it definitely sound like they mixed the mark that day. I wish you would have reached out to us to let us know so that we could have made it right for you. With the oven, I was the one that you spoke to that night to find the breaker and do a reset on the oven. You were going to let me know if you had any additional troubles with it as I would have to get the appliance company involved. Not hearing from you, I was under the assumption that our reset worked. We did end up switching out a part after your stay as we had the issue again. Your stay was not typical of the experience we want for our guests and I do hope you will give us another opportunity at one of properties we manage. Take care.

Clean & Serene

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was as pictured. Clean, gorgeous serene view, and had linens/towels/toilet paper ready upon arrival. Ample amount of comfortable beds and bathrooms. The door lock was super easy to figure out, so that was no thankfully hassle. The only two things to note are that 1) The 3rd floor room is noticeably much warmer than the rest of the home. A fan is provided up there, as well as an additional small fan in the master closet. and 2) The master bedroom sliding barn door to the bathroom does not provide any real privacy. Overall, a nice place to stay!
