About this property

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located in the foothills of the GSMNP. We are conveniently centered between Knoxville, Asheville, and Gatlinburg. We are happy to give information on finding your spot for hiking, kayaking, or whatever else you want to do! Please feel free to approach us if we are outside, otherwise, we will respect your privacy. Text with needs between 8 am and 10 pm.

The space
The efficiency apartment is located on a 17 acre hayfield with mowed walking paths for you to enjoy. Not interested in walking? Then just relax on the deck and take in the magnificent 360 degree views! You can be in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Asheville or Knoxville in approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Newport, restaurants & Walmart are 10 minutes away.

Our yard is fenced to keep our dogs in. Axel jumps the fence occasionally. He is friendly and likes attention. Our cats wonder freely during the day. They may stop by and say hi. you are welcome to walk the paths in the hayfield between your apartment and the woods.
