The property also features an office with a cozy futon (sleeper)for extra comfort in addition to a new treadmill and high speed Apple Computer for work.

Outdoors has a newly put in salt water pool, restoration hardware fire pit, stone jacuzzi, state of the art night time property lights (controlled with your phone / app), outdoor basketball hoop, grill, and projector for outdoor movie theatre.

And a 5 minute drive to Compo Beach. Beach passes are included with our stay and option to use our family SUV for local driving use.
