The house itself was comfortable and worked well for our stay, but the cleanliness could have been better. We had to wash several of the dishes before using them, and the coffee maker was extremely dirty—the coffee pot was actually stuck inside, so we ended up adding iced coffee to our grocery store delivery. One of the toilets also had noticeable pink mildew that needed attention, and the kitchen cabinets and dishes were quite disorganized.Communication was great though! There were no trash bags when we arrived, but we contacted the management company and they delivered some within an hour. My girls absolutely LOVED the indoor pool! It's easy to say "we have to leave Dollywood" if there's another fun activity waiting back at the rental.Overall, the house was fine and worked well for our stay.
